24 Hour Cancellation
For any reason you want to cancel your appointment, please ensure you cancel your appointment 24 hours before the time of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment you will be charged 15% of the service +HST. Services that have been completed are not eligible for refunds.
